Brazil Privacy Supplement

If you reside in Brazil, this Brazil Privacy Supplement applies to you and supplements our Privacy Policy. Any differences arising from the application of Law No. 13.709/2018 ("LGPD") are addressed here. In case of conflict between the Privacy Policy and this Supplement, this Supplement shall prevail for residents of Brazil.
1. Controller
Knock Knock Tech LTD, Unit IH-00-VZ-01-FL-84, Level 1, Innovation Hub, DIFC, Dubai, UAE. There is no separate Brazilian entity; the foregoing entity acts as Controller.
2. Your LGPD Rights
Confirmation of whether your data is processed; access; correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data; anonymization, blocking, or erasure of unnecessary, excessive, or non-compliant data; deletion of data processed based on consent; portability; information on data sharing; information on the consequences of refusing consent; withdrawal of consent; and review of decisions made solely by automated processing.
3. Exercising Your Rights
Contact the Brazil Data Protection Officer at admin@knocknock.me. We may verify your identity before acting. You also have the right to contact the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
4. International Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in other countries (for example, the UAE, the United States, and the EU). Such transfers use valid LGPD mechanisms, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the ANPD, with appropriate technical, administrative, and contractual measures.

In the event of a security incident that may create relevant risk or harm to data subjects, we will notify the ANPD and the affected data subjects within three business days of confirming the incident, in accordance with ANPD Resolution CD/ANPD No. 15/2024 (this period is doubled for small-size processing agents).
